A complex new home on decades-old foundations, threading grading-department negotiation and Baseline Hillside Ordinance conformance.

This project was brought to us with a complicated existing foundation that required nuanced navigation and negotiation with the grading department to unravel old geo reports and allow for a new home on old foundations. That was only half the problem. Upon resolving the site issues, the design had to conform to BHO and had a whole new set of design solutions to navigate.
